A Letter To Myself (Letter #2)

Published by flexin-am at 9:24 am under All About Me

Dear myself,

It’s been a long time since I wrote this letter through this blog. Seems like I never care, but I do care.

So, what’s been happening to you recently. I heard that you spent your mid-term break the worst way ever in your life. Remember, you’re in the final semester. Although the under-grad world seems to meet its end, you shouldn’t play around too much.

Where’s your attitude? Last time, you could divide your time equally between having fun and studying. Don’t give ‘do not bring walkman home’ as an excuse. You still could listen to mp3 through VCD player. You said you got distracted when kak is home. But she’s not at home at all along your 10 days holiday, so why can’t you give attention to your study.

Let me give you some advice. We go one by one.

Minor project - Get stuck? Don’t you remember, when you get stuck, you should just move on with other things. You were wasting time, searching for the information on the internet while it’s not there. You got 3 option. Get you a** to the library and search for the book, or ask any permodelan matematik student, your ex-roommate, Aizuddin, or you could just go meet Dr. Jam, just make your cheek a little bit cheek. I know the last option is the last you want to do, because you want to make yourself look promising, but it doesn’t mean it’s the worst choice.

Assignment HIS213 - So, how many pages have you finish? What? 4? And you tell me that you need to send it this week. Are you kidding me? What were you doing throughout the week. Okay, for some motivation, you should sms other student who’s also taking this course and ask them how are they doing. Shahrill, why not? If he’s faster than you, you could ask what he’s filling up his assignment, if he’s on the same room with you, then you get your motivation!

Pengiraan Kejuruteraan II - Okay, this is too much. You bring back the book, but you didn’t open even once. For this kind of subject - you should totally spend your study time in discussion session with the others.

Permodelan - Move on. You could do it.

Master Application - Now I see how many jobs you want to finish at one time. Now, you should read those things Dr. Jam gave you briefly. Then, I’ll help you figure out what to do next.

Personal problems? You know, I’m sick and tired listening to your same old brand new story of your problem. Come on, you’re on your final year. If you have problems with anyone, it’s time for you to make another move you haven’t done. Just ignore them!

Hope you make it through.
Every seconds count.

Your sincerely,

the-other-side-of-me
